The EIS Summit Mission and Operating Plan

A key decision from this first EIS Summit was to plan on a follow-on summit on April 11, 2011, to take place in Congress, in the Capitol Building, Washington D.C.

In preparation for this upcoming milestone, delegates from EISS London will be participating in the new EIS Summit Operating Plan, with delegates functioning as founding members of the new EISS Executive Steering Committee and the EISS Working Group.  The steering committee and working group will lay out a draft Roadmap, defining key milestones on a path toward international cooperation in protecting national electric grids against the related natural and malicious electromagnetic threats.
